Q1) do you think it would be offensive for the muslims to build a mosque at the site of ground zero?
i believe this is extremely disrespectful and plain out wrong if you dont agree see q2
Q2) would it then be wrong if we put a pig slaughter and butcher next to this mosque and on the otherside put a brothel or sex adult shop?
Q3) do you think that multiculturalism is working?
in melbourne multiculturalism does not seem to be working well when the people band in their own and see themselves as superior. if you ask an australian born what nationality are you they say “lebo, italian greek etc” but you were born here “yeah but im not australian”
Q4) have you ever been a victim of racial abuse or frowned down upon for being aussie?
i know i dont give it out but i constantly recieve abuse
Q5) should stores be allowed to publish their business name in only a foreign language?
in dallas theres barely an english word and if you walk through the center you are stared at and yelled at for being there unless you are muslim (its in australia mind you)
Q6) should it be acceptable to talk in another language if you are at work infront of customers who cant understand you?
Q7) should you be told you are not welcome or worthy to serve people in a halal butcher because you are australian
Q8) what are your general thoughts on australia and its ever growing multiculturalism.
Q9) do you think that our education system which pumps us with how this is working and it is good and we should be accepting of everything is really good? should we not be warned about the past experiences and how now australia is in more danger, theres always bomb scares and drug raides and you can not walk in the dark in melbourne any more its not safe bacause of (well basically arabs more so than any one else)
i live in melbourne i grew up in broadmeadows so i have probably felt and lived through the worst of it
please dont answer if you live in an area where other cultures do not and if you have never truly experienced it
(eg rich people who do not interact with the doll bludgers and arrogant ethnics on a daily basis)
im not saying that there are no bad white people, but i find in general i always do the right thing by everyone weather its the road, shops or courtasy but the favour is only ever returned by aussies,
no arab man has ever opened or held open a door for me, aussies do on a regular basis.
when i was in an accident with an aussie who was at fault he said sorry
when my 80 year old nan was in an accident where an arab guy in a non insured, non registered vehicle went through a red light and t barred my nans car causing serious body work and trauma to her he got out and started swearing at her calling her a f***ing c**t

The imam has the constitutional right to build the mosque. However does that mean they should? No I don’t believe so. This is a difficult issue. Because if they move while it would show good faith to non muslims it will also show that our constitutional right don’t apply to all. If every race or religion backed down just because people thought it was this or that then the constitution would not have any power. I believe this Imam should out of sensitivity move, but I understand as a right why he is staying. I also think as a Muslim we have a duty to show other non muslims what really Islam is about. We need to stand up against terrorist more than non muslims to show we are against them
