What is your honest opinion on this illegals Deportation Records it took a fatal accident for police to take arresting him as a serious matter , why ?
FOX23 has obtained exclusive information about an illegal immigrant accused of hitting and killing an elderly woman.
It happened one moth ago as 74-year-old Beverly Duffield was riding her bike in West Tulsa.
In a Freedom of Information request and Roberto Alvelais-Torres consent this is the first time you’ll learn publicly Torres has been removed from the United States three times since 2006.
Public records show Torres run-ins with Tulsa Police started in 2003.
However, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) records known as Detention and Removal Operations (DRO) records show Torres’ run-in with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers started in 2006.
Now he’s accused of hitting and killing an elderly woman.
74-year-old bicyclist Beverly Duffield died along 17th and Southwest Boulevard last month.
Torres was arrested later that day. FOX23 discovered in 2003 Torres has been found guilty of a hit and run in Tulsa and a DUI but before he was punished he was nowhere to be found until is run-in with CBP officers.
ICE records show on January 20th, 2006, at the Dallas Ft. Worth International Airport CBP officers denied Torres entry into the U.S. Torres was then removed to Mexico.
On February 9th, 2006, near Laredo, Texas, Torres was arrested by CBP officers where his removal order was reinstated and he was sent back to Mexico.
On March 5, 2006 near Premont, Texas, Torres was busted again by CBP officers and this time he was he was going to face felony charges for re-entry.
However, records show he was previously convicted for re-entry without inspection, a misdemeanor. Torres was again removed to Mexico.
However, public records show on July 8, 2006, Torres made his way back into the U.S.
Tulsa Police officers caught up with him for his outstanding 2003 charges. No jail time but he paid a $745 fine
ICE says they have no record of Torres from March 2006 until this year.
Torres faces the law again accused of killing a woman with his car.
Torres is charged with Negligent Homicide and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
Torres’ next court date is scheduled for October 9th. He is being held on $50,000 bond but Torres has an ICE Hold.
In the Freedom of Information request FOX23 also learned since September 2007, when the 287-(g) immigration law went into effect 1,133 illegal immigrants have been commercially removed from the Dallas Area of Responsibility-Oklahoma Sub-Office.

And that is just one example. Just think about how many other victims of illegals stay under the radar and off mainstream news! There is a genocide of Americans happening because of illegals! And the FAR left media does NOT want us to know about it!

would it make you feel better that i almost ran over an illegal strawberry planter this morning? it wasnt my fault, she saw me backing up and the dirt road around the field was giving my tires hell.
but on a serious note, I feel sorry for the family of the woman who was killed. But ICE does have a lot to do and not enough people to do it.thats like my neighbor has a warrant in his real name with a fake DOB and 2 warrants in a fake name and his real DOB, his only mistake…..he used his real address both times.i’ll keep you posted on if they actually do anything with him.
You guys have to understand that the jails are overcrowded as is.Here they have stoped jailing those for no lisence and hit and runs just for that reason.it just show up at court and pay your 300 $fine.

Illegal immigrants when discovered should be put in an airplane and flown to mexico or any of the other banana republics and forced to parachute to the ground. D’ont like it? Tough crap,

I apologize, I thought this horrible write up was your fault, but I followed the link and they really did have this on their website. Wow. Whatever happened to proofreading?
Ok, again, the same answer as the last five news stories you dug up. The fact that this man has been stopped at the border without papers doesn’t not mean diddlely squat. The fact that he hit and killed this poor woman has absolutely nothing to do with where he was from or whether he had a visa or not. Would her family feel better if he was here legally, or better yet, a citizen of the US?
I do wonder how, in 2003, he was released after being found guilty. I have been in the courts and never have I seen them release you after you were found guilty, they sentence you and haul your butt to jail or they haul you off to await sentencing (unless you are rich and famous.) Although when they did catch him it was only a fine. So my assumption is that he was only given a fine for a hit& run and dui. That might have been a contributing factor, huh?
Sci Fi- I thought FOX was the far left media?

A fine for dui no license, no insurance, hit and run and they do not feel he broken enough laws to even be considered for jail and he took off as well and just received a fine. PC is what is going on here. Yes immigration played a role here, we keep deporting him and he keeps returning breaking more laws and being deported and returning with little or no consequences for his criminal actions or apparently the laws of America were completely meaningless to, Roberto Alvelais-Torres .Its a crying shame it took somebodies life to put a halt to his crime wave.

firing squad, people like this don’t deserve jail, they deserve execution. And that is my honest opinion.
